Dark Neko

Dark Neko is a rather amusing project we have started. Tae Bee writes the comic, I do the art, and Mutant Penguin does the colors and final touches. The comic itself is a kind of catharsis for all of us: Tae Bee lets us help with the writing, and the story has become something of a fable of our own high school memories...only ten times worse. Most of Dark Neko's world is focused around Battlehaven high school, which is just an amplified and eccentric version of real life: the popular girl at school really is sucking out the souls of jocks, some of the teachers really do want to kill students, and sometimes a backpack really does eat your homework. Kageko (Neko) herself not only has to deals with the troubles of school life, but that combined with supervillain parents, and a best friend who is her natural enemy.
