Riggs is the assault and weapons specialist of Serraphm's unit, and is the most powerful team member. Riggs doesn't hold a command position for two reason: the first is that he isn't much of a leader, the second is that he has mental issues that prevent the chain of command from wanting to rely on him. Riggs is usually quiet and even-tempered - to the point of seeming like a brooding loner.

Weapons Master

Although Riggs is an expert at unarmed combat - he truly shines when he has a weapon...any weapon. Almost all of Riggs skills are centered on weapons, combat, and military hardware.

In The Making...

Riggs has a bit more of a story behind him than Edge - and has a closer connection to the commander. Riggs is something that came to mind gradually as a sort of counterpart to another character in the story. To me Riggs kind of resembles a greaser with a Japanese fetish...
